Empowering Ikuru Town Youths Through Skill Acquisition

On March 31, 2024, a severe rainstorm hit Ikuru Town community, Andoni Local Government Area, Rivers State, causing extensive damage to key infrastructure, specifically:
- U.B.E 6 Classrooms Block
- Principal’s Quarters
- Laboratory Building
- Otunchit Waterfront Building
- Generator House
- Ayama/Okama Toilets
The storm’s fury resulted in the deroofing of these structures, compromising their integrity and functionality. However, in adherence to our commitment to the well-being and development of Ikuru Town, the HCDT promptly responded to the occurrence. We have since embarked on comprehensive renovation works to restore the damaged facilities to their original state. Upon completion, it was commissioned on the 3rd of December, 2024.
